I think God puts struggles in your life.
In the bible the story of Job is one exceptional testimony of faith. For he had great faith in the Lord. Yet the Lord allowed the devil to pursue Job and of course, God had His reasonings. But even though Job went through all those tribulations that really shook him, he still had full intentions to continue to have total reliance in the Lord. Because not only did Job have faith in the Lord. But the Lord had faith in Job. HE believed that Job, no matter what endeavors pursued him, would continue to have faith. To build a story so grand that it would be remembered in history, forever. So that you, individual going through hardship, can recall this story, reflect, and gain understanding. Even though you walk through the valley of the shadow of death. He restores your soul. Keep faith in Him, because He has faith in you.

"God created the heavens and the earth" -Genesis 1:1
My aunt had send me this sweet little thought through an email one day. It was about the universe. That big blob of space up there, everywhere.. It went something like this, (in my revised way of thinking):
The universe, when you look at the word and not the definition has uni, then verse.
Uni meaning one.. and verse- like lines to a lyrical song or poem.. which she interpreted as song.
When you put that all together, you get: "One Song"
The universe, our universe was designed to be united. But sin came along and made division. Lots of it. Division is found everywhere, through race, language, social status, etc. We all have that natural tendency to kind of split apart and fit into a category where we feel comfortable. When we find ourselves split, we should realize that we were designed as unique, yes, but all of us have been designed in God's image. As children of God, we really do need to stick together. What happens when individuals try to talk to someone all at once. It's chaotic and no one understands anything that's being said. How do you bring people to Christ that way?We have to be united as God's children, as One Voice. And thus, people will begin to follow.Let our one voice be that sweet sweet sound in His ear.
my aunt's devotional and inspirational texts get me thinking. Combining her thoughts and mine can make one great voice.
